Description:

There are only two species in the family Amaryllis. The familiar "naked lady" which is pink and another described in 1998. Amaryllis have been cultivated since the early1800's and have been hybridize with many lilies to produce many colors and varieties of leaf and stem

I'm going to get a couple bulbs. This is just lovely
I love how they developed one that can be planted outside and comes back each year. Before that they were grown at christmastime and they died indoors
