It looks like it could be Datura. I'm not sure of the exact species, but I do know it's not Datura wrightii, the leaves are different. Not the most helpful, but it might narrow down your search a little bit.
Or die. It's notoriously hard to get the 'right' dose. I hear in the old days if you died, they just said you angered the spirits.
Don't make tea out of those little flowers ;), unless you want to lose your senses for a good twelve hours
