Description:

Butterfly with blue and black markings.

Habitat:

Found it on Indian Heliotrope along with two other species of butterfly. One was almost identical except that the markings were white, not blue.

Thank you venusflytrap2000 for the ID. The herb is Indian heliotrope, called Hathir shur in Bengali/Bangla. Hathi = elephant. Shur= trunk. Very descriptive isn't it? Medicinal too.
