Yes i think it a baby rufous-lored kingfisher.:)

It has the structure of a common baby kingfisher but the combination of sky blue color at its back in between the royal blue color of the wings made its appearance unique.

I use this sometimes. I don't have a scope but when someone nearby has one I ask to use theirs if the bird is too far.

Can you describe the bird? Like is it large or small, other colors, bill shape and length?

It's just hard to get a good capture with the morning sun as backlight using my iphone through a cheap spoting scope. But i have to take advantage of the chance to capture the image because residents said that it's yet their second time to see this bird here
