I believe what you have here is a Harvestman. The Harvestman is usually refered to as a "Grand Daddy Long Legs" Spider but is more closely related to the Mite. Although it does have a similar appearance, it is not a Spider. If I am wrong (and it happens) I will glady eat my shoe. :)
