Field Notes

Description:

Tiny kaytidid nymph. Bright green with a white dorsal stripe. Light eyes. Very long, thread-like antennae (consistent with all Katydid species). Covered in pollen.

Habitat:

Sears Bellows County Park, New York. Wooded campground.

Notes:

Tiny species of Kaydid! Picture 1, 2 and 3 he is sitting on my pinkie finger.
