Wildlife Spotting

Makes me think of a cross between a tulip and an onion or garlic. They have just grown tall, but have not had flowers or buds or anything grow from them. They are between 4-5 feet tall. My mother passed away before her garden started regrowing, so she isn't here to tell me what she planted and what she has growing. I know she was into herbs, but I don't recognize a lot of the things that are popping up throughout the garden!
