Description:

small fragile mushroom with purplish-gray/brown cap. Cap is darker at center and lighter towards radially lined margin. Gills light gray . Stem about the same color as cap. About 1/2 in. diameter cap.

Habitat:

growing on dead wood in Prospect Park Brooklyn
