Eresus cf. walkenaeri

Comments (3)

Salticidae, Eresus sp. and looks like being Eresus cf. walkenaeri, male (!). Taxonomy is quite complex and conflicting, so I would go with Eresus cf. walkenaeri as scientific ID. http://www.schaben-spinnen.de/Data/Articles/Eresus%20walkenaeri%20RCF%20Peloponesse%20Greece.JPG http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eresus http://www.oekologie.biologie.uni-mainz.de/people/Jes/pdf/Johannesen_etal_2005_BJLS_86p1.pdf http://www.lilycobrawonderspiders.com/category/les-medium/eresidae/eresus/eresus-kollari/ http://forum.spinnen-forum.de/index.php?topic=9184.0
