3" wingspan luna moth flapping about on our driveway seemingly unable to fly.

Semi rural

Thank you all for your kind comments! When I found him he appeared to be unable to fly so I'm guessing he was newly eclosed, which is why he is so vividly colored & in such good nick. I tried to relocate him to somewhere a little safer, but he got agitated when I tried to gently pick him up so I left him there. A couple of hours later I saw him on the side of a crate so he had managed to fly a little. In the morning he was gone, hopefully to pass on his genes to a new generation of these lovely moths!
Lovely! I haven't see any in such good condition here.
