Description:

From the Skimmer Dragonfly.<br>
Males are darker, this female is a dark grey. Yellow spots along lower dorsal abdomen. Wings are transparent with iridescent dark pattern near the medial part of the wing that gives it's name cause they look like saddlebags.
The are a dragonfly that continuing flies and infrequently rests.

Habitat:

slow moving water or stagnant water

Notes:

They don't rest much but was able to catch it as it did
