Description:

Beautiful preview of what was later a nice flush of tender white oysters. Yum!

Stump in urban back yard

Notes:

These were absolutely delicious prepared simply - sprinkled with salt, pepper & a little bit of unbleached flour. Cooked in cast iron with a little unsalted butter until lightly browned... Mmmm, heavenly!
