The 'four wing' occurrence is because the butterfly is sunbathing- with this type it seems like they have four wings!
I think not Potanthus omaha, since the spotting's antennae have no visible apiculus. P. omaha's images show apiculus after the club : http://www.butterflycircle.com/checklist%20V2/CI/index.php/start-page/startpage/showbutterfly/272 http://www.treknature.com/gallery/photo272793.htm http://www.natureloveyou.sg/Minibeast-Butterfly/Skipper_Potanthus%20omaha%20omaha/Main.html Taractrocera luzonensis luzonensis is the subspecies existing in the Laguna area (part of Luzon) - http://pbh-butterflies.yolasite.com/philippine-butterflies.php#Hesperiidae.
Not sure about the four wing flaps- I've never actually seen one of these before.
