Description:

On ground, not flying...

Habitat:

Grasslands of hilly neighborhood. Southwest Eugene

Notes:

I was curious why it was on the ground. I didn't see any dead animal. An hour later there were two of them feasting on a dead domestic cat. Poor kitty.
