Field Notes

Description:

This small green caterpillar is easily identified by two white protuberances on its back and a typical curled "question mark" posture.
A young instar.

Habitat:

Hiding between two gumleaves, sewn together for its diurnal nap.

Notes:

Here is a late instar caterpillar with typical "?" shape
