Notodontid Moth

I was so excited to see this moth! It was enormous, 5 cm long with a 10 cm wing span. She has long awkward legs and was very slow and clumsy. I wanted to hold her, but she couldn't hold onto my fingers. The fore and hind wings are almost the same length and the orange antennae are very short. She has long tufts of hair on the abdomen and thorax beneath the wings (5th picture). I didn't realize it until I saw the pictures, that she was female and is laying eggs in the first picture. The eggs are remarkably small for such a large moth. Family Notodontidae?
