I found this guy on a butterfly weed with several monarch caterpillars. He just looks different. Any ids?

It's a Monarch caterpillar, I agree with the others. :-)
I agree, it is a Monarch. Traverse bands of yellow, black, and white with two pairs of fleshy filaments. head is black and white striped. Queen and Soldier have three pairs of fleshy filaments.
What is the difference between a Monarch caterpillar, and a Queen caterpillar? The Queen caterpillar, has one set of antennae, and two sets of filaments. The Monarch caterpillar, has one set of antennae, and one set of filaments....This is a Monarch caterpillar, in this photo....
It's a monarch. It might look different if the others were different instars.
