Field Notes

Description:

Small damselfly with yellowish orange on the thorax, transitioning to a greenish color on the ventral abdomen and the tip of the abdomen. Black on the dorsal abdomen and top of thorax.

Habitat:

Sears Bellows County Park, New York. Wooded campground.

Notes:

This one was working for a foothold in strong winds.
