Description:

I have never seen the moth emerge. But I have seen many of these "cases" which give them the name Bagworm. These eat a variety of garden plants.

Habitat:

Gardens mostly.

Notes:

My ID of the moth itself is tentative at best. I will be grateful for any suggestions.
