Description:

This native to Korea and Taiwan is an agricultural pest that can cause widespread damage to soy, fruit, and vegetable crops. It was introduced into the United States accidentally.

Habitat:

This cluster of newly hatched Stink Bug nymphs was found under a leaf of a tulip popular

Thank you, Luis. When I first saw them they made a double ring around the empty egg cases (with the one sitting atop the eggs). My bringing the leaf to sunlight to take pictures panicked them a bit so they scattered. When they regrouped they made the double ring (with one on the eggs) again. I popped the leaf into a bowl shaped glass while I went off to look them up. I guess the next time they regrouped the slope caused them to position themselves in a wonky fashion.
Good find and good idea to place the coin to see the scale.
