Actually the pattern on it's body indicates it's an Amphisbaenian. It's a worm-like lizard. They can be confused with Caecilians. This link shows that similar pattern: https://www.flickr.com/photos/justinlind.... Nice finding! :D
Possibly a caecilian? In that case it would be an amphibian, not a reptile, but I'm not sure.
