Description:

I assumed this was a spring azure when I saw it resting on the wall but now i'm not even 100% sure this is a butterfly.

Habitat:

Semi rural

Notes:

It landed on the wall under our outside light for a second & I took a quick shot (with the wrong settings!) & it flew off before I could get any better images.

I only saw it for a couple of seconds in poor light - it was a clear blue & looked like a butterfly in flight!

Yes I agree - not very butterflyish. More lacewing maybe.
