Field Notes

Description:

Medium-small spider with hairy legs. Front two pair of legs much longer. Dark abdomen. Thorax light with darker area. Legs mottled.

Habitat:

Sears Bellows County Park, New York. Wooded campground.

Notes:

Generally preys on other spiders but will also eat insects.
