Description:

紅樹科植物，現在僅存一千餘棵，是數量最少的一種，零星分布在嘉義、台南、高雄沿海，以台南四草和四鯤鯓意代為主要生育區。葉根像八角章魚

Habitat:

台灣紅樹林，分布嘉義、台南

Notes:

常綠小喬木樹皮灰褐而光滑，葉面光滑。胎生苗長約25-30公分
