You should the correct one. If your unsure then leave it unknown. I'm sure it's Barn Swallow. And both do. But as I said look online at the type of nest and you'll know.
Either one is good enough for me. Do Swallows nest in people's balconies?
Oh, ok. Sorry I don't know much about swallows :)
More like a Barn Swallow. Nest of Cliff looks more like a gourd and is mostly mud. Barn Swallows is mix of mud, gravel and twigs and is shaped like a half a bowl.
Looks like possibly a cliff swallow (Petrochelidon sp.).
