Kissing bug / Assassin bug

In this case my eye was aided by a more intimate than usual knowledge, which why I've been tested for Chagas disease.

Assassin bug is a general name for many of the Triatoma species, another name is "kissing bug".

Triatoma lecticularia, or Triatoma sanguisuga, based on location, although the apparently long front legs are wrong.
