The Eurasian Wigeon, also known as Widgeon or Eurasian Widgeon (Anas penelope, previously Mareca penelope) is one of three species of wigeon in the dabbling duck genus Anas. It is common and widespread within its range. This species was first described by Linnaeus in his Systema naturae in 1758 under its current scientific name. - Wikipedia

Got it. The second one is a Marbled Teal (Marmaronetta angustirostris), http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marbled_Duck
the second is definitely not a Wigeon and you should have a separate spotting for it and list as an Unknown. I know I've seen it before but someone might be able to get it before me. It's the black bill, not too many species of ducks have black bills.
pass on that not a Fulvous Whistling Duck but it's not a wigeon. Still trying to find it. I know I've seen them before.
You should separate the other bird because it is not a Wigeon. It's a Fulvous Whistling Duck (Dendrocygna bicolor)
