Description:

Lenton rose is a low-maintenance, early spring bloomer. The plant reaches heights of 18 to 24 inches, growing in clumps that spread to widths of 24 to 36 inches. The long-lasting, cup-shaped flowers are available in traditional shades of lavender and white, as well as newer varieties in red, yellow, dark purple, plum, pink and green. Lenten rose is a hardy plant.

Habitat:

These lenton rose plants were spotted at the Cylburn Arboretum in Baltimore, Maryland.
