Traill's Flycatcher

Medium primary projection and minimal eyering make this a Traill's for sure, but without voice or in-hand measurements, you won't be able to differentiate Willow from Alder.

I agree with Ashley that it's probably an alder flycatcher from the looks of it. Did you hear the bird sing? They can generally only be distinguished from similar species by song. Unfortunately this is one of the birds within the family that has about 10 species that are all extremely similar in looks, and they are all in your area. My best guess would be Alder Flycatcher, but by no means am I positive about that. Hopefully Liam can help with this when he gets online later.
