Hyacinth
Hyacinthus
41.7787, -71.9248
Field Notes
Description:
Dense clusters of fragrant white flowers emerge from a stalk that forms between thick and somewhat glossy leaves. This spring bulb is not very tall, being only about 6-8 inches.
Habitat:
This hyacinth was planted in a partially sheltered (by bushes) and mulched garden bed. It is neighbors with crocuses, tulips, sedum, and daffodils. I would say that the area gets full sun.
Notes:
A lovely fragrance
