Bald cypress w/galls, insects
Taxodium distichum
31.7411, -89.1338
Field Notes
Description:
This young bald cypress growing at the edge of a small pond had two different kinds of galls. As well as shiny bumps along all the smaller branches ... looked like some kind of insect, still and all hunkered down, but maybe not and I never identified what they really were. Any ideas?
