Description:

Canadian, not an Eastern because of continuous yellow band on the trailing edge of the forewing.

Habitat:

On gravel area near lake.

Notes:

Spotted on lake access, Height of Land Lake, Tamarac National Wildlife Refuge. Reference of ID: Butterflies of the North Woods, by Larry Weber.
