Field Notes

Description:

White leafhopper nymph with brown stripes. There are black spots on the eyes and the "nose". Genus determined by Andy Hamilton based on "the head has both spots and a cross-bar".

Habitat:

This hopper was in Coast Sage Scrub on dirt trail during a wildlife transect survey at Blue Sky Ecological Reserve.
