Field Notes

Description:

Rusty orange bird with a black face mask and grey large bill. Wings are black with white bars. From my first photo, it looks like the armpit of the wing is little yellow or the light caught the color differnet.

Habitat:

In slightly dense woodlands and mostly near creeks.

Notes:

Spotted a few pairs singing away. Female was more shy while the male was singing proudly.
