The Little Egret in your part of the world is race garzetta which has red lores but a thin, black bill. In my opinion you probably have a Western Reef Heron, also known as a Western Reef Egret, white phase, of race schistacea, which is very variable in colouration of bill, legs and feet, but the bill is much thicker than that of the Little Egret.
