What a lovely skipper! Hesperiidae, Pyrginae, Potamanaxas, Potamanaxas latrea tusca appears to be a match. The other species and subspecies in this genus had too much white on their forewing: http://www.butterfliesofamerica.com/L/t/Potamanaxas_a.htm
