Notes:

Found on June 15th at the top of a mountain. Did not see the actual snake.

Thanks for IDing Ashley! Yea, this is the first snake /skin I've come across in the US, I'll def research the location based on your suggestions!
Looks like a Northern Black Racer, Coluber constrictor. Not positive of that though, it's difficult to ID skins.
