Description:

About 2 inches off the ground, the top is very flat and tan. I didn't have a mirror with me, but you can see the gills decently well I think. I didn't crop the last picture because it made me laugh with my dog being in the background :)

Habitat:

At the base of an oak tree in my backyard.
