Description:

Black with blue band V shaped and blue fringe on hind wings.

Habitat:

Edinburg Butterfly Centre.

Notes:

Could not ID it from the leaflet provided.

Graham, this butterfly was spotted at a butterfly house. White Admiral can refer to 3 species: Limenitis arthemis, Limenitis camilla and Limenitis trivena, but none of these seem to match.
It looks a little like a white admiral but I do not think they are in Scotland.
