Description:

Flowers are 1-3 inches wide with 8-15 yellow ray petals. The central disk has tiny yellow flowers. Leaves have three obvious veins, in pairs set at right angles to each other. - From "Field Guide to the Wildflowers of Georgia and Surrounding States" by Linda G. Chafin
