Field Notes

Description:

Beautiful silver and orange wasp sleeping in a bush. The abdomen is very thin until the end where it's orange and bulbous. The legs are all black and orange. The thorax and head are silver.

Habitat:

Coast Sage Scrub during a wildlife transect survey at Blue Sky Ecological Reserve
