Most likely constructed by a flock of Northern Flickers in the area. I didn't know what category to put in, so put into other; as this is a sign of wildlife, mainly designated for the mission. If a Ranger feels the need to move it, feel free!

AustinC, this goes in the Birds category because it was made by birds. If you're pretty sure it's made by a flicker, go ahead and at least put the genus in the scientific name box, and please consider adding this spotting to the Animal Architecture mission at http://www.projectnoah.org/missions/8082378
