Description:
This is a second species of Lichen Mimic. This one is greener with a different pattern. 2 cm in length. Family Noctuidae. See the first one: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/21707238/fullscreen
Lichen plays a big role in our forests and many insects imitate lichen in order to hide efficiently from predators.
Habitat:
Came to an ultraviolet light in the garden, San Cristobal de Las Casas, 2,200 meters. Pictures 4 and 5 were taken on 30 June 2014 in the same place.
