Yes, Christine Y., they are the same species. I posted this one because I think it shows more its real color (the first one was on a too bright surface).
Correction...I meant to write "many-plume moth" for Alucita sp., not plume moth ;). Also, I remember where I've seen very similar before: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/156726097 It seems you have a knack for finding them!
Beautiful! Reminds me of a plume moth...Alucita, I think. Maybe this is similar?
