Field Notes

Description:

A black-colored beetle crawling on the forest floor trying to escape from my view. Have quite a rough pair of elytra. 19mm in length.

Habitat:

Forest floor near the Botanical Garden entrance, Tawau Hills Park, Tawau, Sabah.

Notes:

>>>Map accuracy: 200m diameter. Spotted this during a night walk with Dan in one of the forest trails.
