Description:

The labial palpi of this little moth are extremely long and curved back over the length of the body. The ends were flayed open like tassels and must have some kind of sensory function. The moth is about 1 cm long. It was raining.

Habitat:

Came to an ultraviolet light in the garden, San Cristobal de Las Casas, 2,200 meters.
