Habitat:
In the garden of a government office. It was sitting very high up on a leafless branch of a dead tree.
Notes:
The taxonomy is undergoing some changes...as I read on Wiki...will wait a bit on this one ...particularly as the photo maxed out my small zoom. Thanks, LennyWorthington.
