Description:
White, cottony with filaments radiating from central oval (sort of) body. Tended to by ants.
Habitat:
Garden ...on the last of winter's Dahlias.
Notes:
It always amazes me that I see something on PN ...from far away and then it is as if my eyes are primed and I spot it right here, in India...often close to home or office.
