Field Notes

Description:

This bird with a pigeon-like head is large...much bigger than a Pariah or Black Kite. It is sitting at least 20 feet high...gave me a massive crick in the neck trying to spot it. Definitely a bird of prey. It was disturbed by my presence and flew away. I got only these three clicks.

Notes:

I have tentatively ID-ed it as a juvenile Oriental Honey Buzzard but would be grateful for a Positive ID.
