Description:

I don't know who planted this in my garden. People say it's a butterfly bush, but I looked up that name and I do not see it. I know this site is for wild vegetation, etc., but I don't know anything about it. Thanks

Habitat:

New York Hudson River Valley

Species ID Suggestions

Eastern Tiger Swallowtail

Papilio glaucus

Comments (1)

Since the butterfly is the main subject of the spotting I identified that but the plant is a "Butterfly Bush" - Buddleja davidii to answer your question.
